In February 13, 2017, COSCO Shipping Heavy Industry Co. Ltd's COSCO (Qidong) Marine Engineering Co. Ltd. and Belgium Demy group (DredgingEnviornmental And Marine Engineering N.V., referred to as DEME group) signed an offshore wind power installation vessel contract (EPC).
